ORDERING

How do I place an order?

After deciding the product(s), quantity, size(s) & shipping method, simply click the “Buy It Now” Button that can be found under the title of each product then proceed to Check Out.

If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Quick checkout process
  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we accept only PayPal as the only payment method in our website due to the high level of security it provides, We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

If you have a credit card and don't have a PayPal account yet, you can quickly create one from here and link it to your credit card to start pay in total security.

How secure is my personal information?

We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is SSL-encrypted. We accept PayPal as the only payment method due to the high security it provides during the whole checkout process.Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

I ordered multiple items,Why did I only receive one?

We ship our products from different warehouses in USA and other countries, so when you order multiple items at a time they will be probably shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items in the same time.

Why I didn’t get a confirmation / shipping email?

After placing an order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. We ask you to review your items and shipment address.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email,Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there, if not please feel free to contact us.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

How do I track my order?

An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. you can contact us if you didn't find tracking number.

SHIPPING

When will my order be processed?

When you place an order with us you’ll be happy to know that we aim for it to be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends as delivery services do not work.

In peak periods please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Average transit times to the United States: 15 - 20 business days

Average transit times to International: 20 - 45 business days

    Is my order eligible for free shipping?

    We provide free shipping on all orders. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.

    RETURNS

    Defective/Incorrect/Damaged?

    Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

    How do I return an item?

    If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return.

    Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

    How long is the returns process?

    Once we receive your returned items we will process the refund, processing and inspection typically take 3-5 business days to complete. During certain high-volume times of the year, processing times may be longer. Once completed, you will be notified via email. 

    When will I receive my refund?

    A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Once your extensions have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 1-3 business days to finalize. 

    Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
